BK Farming at x-7

Big Kristallons is one of the best ways to farm credits in darkorbit. In order to go to your x-7 map, you need to be lv 11 (5.1m exp). So if you aren't level 11 I suggest you rush it as soon as possible. By level 11 you should have 60k+ shield if you are stacking some bo1's. Many lv 11's will have trouble killing this npc, so I suggest grouping up with someone else. Kiting will be necessary in order to avoid damage. Kristallons give so much credits, here are its stats:

Resembling a much larger Kristallin, the Kristallon is a fast alien for its size and has x2 the power of a Sibelon.

As you can see, it has a substantial amount of hp and shield compared to most aliens. But look at those credits! A whopping 400k credits is equilvalent to a boss sib. For the average Joe, I suggest you have a goliath ship or better in order to tank this alien. Any credit ships will just not suffice. By level 11 you should have a few flax and stacked lf2 lasers and b01 shields. This is the easiest way to get credits for auction for beginners looking to get FE.
